Is this child friendly?

Ghost Tours are not recommended for small children. Although our Ghost Tours are not intended to be scary, topics such as death, murder and crime will be discussed. There will be points when we will enter actual haunted locations in some towns in the dark that could scare some children. Paranormal activity could occur at any time without warning. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted without a parent or guardian. We do ask if you bring a small child, and they begin to be disruptive, that you step away from the group as not to disturb the other guests.

Are there any rules?

Yes. We do not allow alcohol, pets or smoking during any Ghost Tour. These rules are in place so everyone can enjoy themselves. Anyone under the influence, or disrupting the walk, will be asked to leave the walk and could result in police intervention. You must follow the instructions of the guide at all times. Dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.

Are there restrooms?

Yes, there are restrooms along the tours; but access to these restrooms can’t be guaranteed. It is recommended that you use the restroom before the walk begins. WE OFFER NO RESTROOM BREAKS

Can I bring something to drink?

Yes. We will sell water on some tours, but you are welcome to bring a non-alcoholic beverage to drink during the walk.

Can I bring my equipment?

We recommend our walkers bring cameras, recorders and any other equipment you can carry for the walk. WE DO NOT ALLOW VIDEO CAMERAS without prior approval or pieces of equipment that make noise.

Are these locations really haunted?

The evidence and stories of paranormal activity that will be told on the walk are verified and have been investigated by trained investigators. We can’t guarantee you will experience paranormal activity.

Are all the stories true?

The historical portions of the tour were researched for years and make sure our history is correct. So although you might not have heard these stories before, they are true and backed by research.

Is the Tour handicap accessible?

The Tour is done on public streets, so there is no problem with accessibility. We can’t guarantee the sites being entered in some towns will be easily accessed due to when they were constructed. We have no control over this aspect of any tour. We do offer a discount for anyone not able to physically enter the locations in towns where we enter haunted buildings. We must be notified of this in advance.

City streets can be noisy, will I be able to hear?

Yes. Our guides will be wearing mobile microphone systems that will amplify their voices. If a loud vehicle or motorcycle is seen, they will not continue the story until it passes.

Can we tip the guide?

Tips are accepted but not required.
